Peanut Sauce

This is the easiest yet yummiest sauce I do for so many things. But goes especially well with my Crispy Baked Tofu recipe.

Ingredients

4 tbsp of PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)
100 ml oat milk
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
(Optional: some chili powder if you prefer it more interesting)

Steps

  1. Add the PB2, the soy sauce, and the sesame oil into a small bowl
  2. Add just enough oat milk to mix everything into a paste to prevent clumping
  3. Add the remaining oat milk slowly and keep stirring until it gets a sauce-like consistency
