Crispy Baked Tofu

Ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

1 block of tofu
2 tbsp starch
2 tbsp olive oil
Spices (optional, choose to your liking)

Steps

  1. Slice tofu into two 1,5 cm thick pieces
  2. Press tofu with a paper towel to get some of the liquid out
  3. Slice tofu into dice
  4. Add dry ingredients to tofu dice and mix well
  5. Finally add olive oil and mix well
  6. Bake at 250°C for 10–15 minutes.
