Crispy Baked Tofu
Ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients
1 block of tofu
2 tbsp starch
2 tbsp olive oil
Spices (optional, choose to your liking)
Steps
- Slice tofu into two 1,5 cm thick pieces
- Press tofu with a paper towel to get some of the liquid out
- Slice tofu into dice
- Add dry ingredients to tofu dice and mix well
- Finally add olive oil and mix well
- Bake at 250°C for 10–15 minutes.
